Out of Network - Many insurance companies have established preferred provider networks.  However, most plans still offer out-of-network benefits that are subject to deductibles and co-payments.

We do accept out of network benefits on most plans.

As a courtesy to our out-of-network patients, The Child Wellness Center will file claims with your insurance company on your behalf.  We will make every attempt to establish mutually agreeable billing and payment arrangements that will facilitate a complete and successful treatment program for your child.  Please speak directly to our office staff for further assistance.

No Fault/Auto Insurance - If your child sustained an injury related to an auto accident you may be eligible for insurance payment of your medical bills.  However, the policy deductible and co-insurance responsibility may differ from policy to policy.  Please check your policy and inform our office staff of your insurance coverage.  We will make every attempt to collect payments owed directly by your auto insurance company.  However, you may still be responsible for your deductible and co-insurance payment.  Please ask our office staff for assistance.

Medicare - The Child Wellness Center is proud to be a Medicare certified facility.  We follow all Medicare Policies and Guidelines for Physical Therapy Treatment.  Please feel free to contact our office staff with any questions you may have.

Direct Patient Payment - If you do not have insurance coverage, we can still treat you as a "self-pay" patient.  Please do not hesitate to call our office to discuss the possible payment options that are available to you.
